Important to remember when considering Environment and Altitude, is that an AC  transformer can be utilized up to it’s full nameplate capacity which is usually up to 3,300 ft.  Above 3,300 feet, the capacity of the transformer should be derated by 0.3% for each 300 ft. of elevation.
